Prayers for the Urrutia family

With heavy hearts, we send our condolences to the Urrutia Family on the loss of one of our YLN members, Rollin Urrutia. In memory of Rollin, we wanted to share a small bio written by Rollin himself, which YLN shared with Northeast Ohio CEOs during our most recent Speed Networking Event.

As you will read, Rollin embodied the makeup of a young professional: energetic, focused, and civic-minded. We thank Rollin for sharing and being a part of our organization.

My name is Rollin Urrutia and I am a Business Banker for PNC. I received rigorous training in retail banking during 2011. After developing my skills for a year Iearned the position as a Business Banking Officer in downtown Cleveland. I currently
cover a four branch network taking care of more than 300 business clients. This position has allowed me to put my finance degree to practice and develop various sales techniques. The fire that keeps me interested in this position is digging into tax returns and understanding how a business operates from the person who knows it the best, the owner. I have a strong understanding of the lending policy of PNC which allows me to become a consultant to the business owners.
I spent time during college studying in Santiago, Chile and Madrid, Spain. The  time spent abroad allowed me to master the Spanish language along with gaining a unique perspective of the financial world and culture from the viewpoint of a Hispanic
American.
I enjoy financial analysis as well as networking. I am very satisfied with where I am in my career but I am always seeking new opportunities to advance within the financial and philanthropic world. I strive to be a strong force within Cleveland. I look
forward to meeting all of you and hope that you can see the energy and dedication I have in developing my career and aiding the community in which I live and work.
