Rollin and I were the first two students from Ohio State's Fisher College of Business to travel to Madrid, Spain through an exchange program for business students. We spent months beforehand preparing and then saw each other daily during our semester abroad. Though we both made it a point to surround ourselves with people from other countries, it was always a welcome relief to be able to connect and share with a fellow American and Ohio Stater while abroad. His Spanish was always much better than mine, but my accent was better than his. We always joked that together we two could pass for one legitimate Spaniard. I'm proud to have known him and I'll always remember the great times we shared.

We were deeply saddened to hear of Rollin's passing. We have many fond memories of the Urrutia family and wish to express our deepest sympathies to the entire family. We will keep your family in our prayers.

Rollin, your memory will live on through our actions. You told me that I must live my own life. You told me that people respect sincerity. You showed me love through your friendship. The Irish Network Cleveland would not have been possible without your inspiration and guidance. I will carry your memory for the rest of my life and try to live up to the example that I was privileged to experience in the years that I knew you.

Tom and I were saddened to hear of Rollin's passing. We were members of St. Joseph's Parish in Sylvania, Ohio when Rollin and his family were there. Though we have lost touch with the Urrutia family, our thoughts and prayers go out to Nancy and Jose, as well as all of Rollin's siblings. We join others in praying for them. May God keep you all in His hands during your time of sadness and grief. Sincerely, Sue and Tom Eisel
